The Nu Gamma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, in collaboration with the Nu Gamma Omega Educational & Charitable Foundation, is pleased to invite the community to a signature event honoring the special bond between mothers and daughters. The Mother & Daughter Luncheon, themed “Crowned in Confidence: A Mother’s Legacy, A Daughter’s Light,” will take place on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

Set against the warm and welcoming backdrop of Mike Anderson’s Seafood Restaurant in Baton Rouge, this gathering promises an afternoon filled with elegance, inspiration, and sisterhood. The program will feature a keynote message from Mrs. Ellen McKnight Hill, a respected leader, wellness advocate, and speaker known for empowering women of all ages to embrace purpose, poise, and confidence.
