Calling all creative minds ages 12–14!

Join us for a FREE Design Camp where creativity meets strategy! Participants will dive into the world of graphic and interior design, learn to build brand identities, and bring ideas to life with style and purpose. Through hands-on projects and guided lessons, participants will explore layout principles, mood boards, and more—gaining real-world design skills in a fun and inspiring environment. It is with deep sorrow and reverence that the members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Nu Gamma Omega Chapter announce the passing of our beloved sister, Ms. Gloria Dean London.

Ms. London, who transitioned on Sunday, May 18, 2025, was our First Chapter President, a Charter Member, and a proud Golden and Life Member of our esteemed sorority. Her legacy of leadership, service, and sisterhood has left an indelible mark on Nu Gamma Omega and all who had the honor of knowing her.

We extend our heartfelt condolences and continued prayers to her daughter Keena, her mother Georgia, her sisters Marion and Marge, and to our cherished chapter members, her sister Mrs. Jewel London Payne and niece Mrs. Cardiss Payne Beathley.

As we mourn the loss of our leader and sister, we also celebrate a life beautifully lived and forever cherished.
